Areas We Cover for Mobile Fuel Drains
We come to the car wherever it has stopped, so the thing that matters is where you are now. The counties we have pages for are listed below, and each one leads to the towns in it.
How it works wherever you are
The service is mobile. A technician comes to the car on a forecourt, at the roadside, in a car park or outside your home, and drains and cleans it there, so there is no need to move the car or have it towed.
When you ring 0333 366 0103, tell us where you are as closely as you can. A postcode, a road name or the forecourt you are on is enough to start with.
What to have ready when you ring
Tell us what went in, roughly how much, and whether the engine has run since. Those three answers decide most of the job. If you know the make and model, that helps too, and the name on the badge on the back is enough.
Petrol, AdBlue, or diesel in a petrol car
Petrol in a diesel is the job we do most. A diesel will usually start and drive on petrol for a few miles, so if you have already set off, pull over somewhere safe and switch off.
AdBlue in the diesel tank needs draining before the engine draws it in, because it does not burn and does not mix with diesel. Don't turn the key, not even to move the car.
Diesel in a petrol car is the rarer one, and a petrol engine fed diesel usually just will not run. Each of the three has its own page in the menu.
What each local page tells you
Each town page is about that place: the forecourts and main roads around it, the nearby towns, and what to do if you have stopped somewhere awkward. There are two pages for most towns, one for petrol in a diesel and one for AdBlue in the diesel tank.
If your place is not listed
Ring anyway. The list covers the places we have pages for, and it does not mean we only come to those. If you are on a boundary or somewhere a sat nav struggles with, say so when you call.
Open 24 hours
We are open 24 hours, every day of the year, so ring whenever it happens, evenings, weekends and bank holidays included.
